Yes, they were Israeli Jews by the way.





However, a lot of FOX news tried to say they were Muslim or Palestinian due to claims by other people cause of the way they looked, even today some still believe that they were Muslims / ARABs that danced. The fact was PROVEN that they were Israeli Jews and the story did not last that long in the media(TV) cuz of that. It quickly was hushed.





You can search all over for the articles regarding the dancing men. They actually shocked the Feds when they pulled them over only to see they were Israeli Jews. Since the Feds were expecting arab/muslims to be the ones dancing.Was the story about ';dancing jews'; on 9/11 true or false?
They were interviewed when they got home to Jeruselem by local TV stations (video available but it is boring)...They were also in the US Israeli on-line paper The Haaretz etc





There are plenty of other articles about ';Israel art students'; that have been spotted around various ';Homeland Security'; events since then (add Houston to your search for one). Always unusual ';passport'; and visa curiousities involved...





Google around. It has been years since I looked into all this crap so I am sorry to not give you much of a hint...I think it is better to search on your own anyway so that you are not unduly influenced by someone else's opinion.
Out of all the sites I could find on this issue, this one seemed to be the least biased and most concerned with just getting to the bottom of it.

There is no evidence that had knowledge of the attack before hand. The witness had been watching the attack when she noticed them too watching, and taking pictures.





She had reported they were smiling and laughing. Maybe they were. Maybe they were, but maybe it was just the irony of it all. Terrorist attacks happen all the time in Israel, so to leave Israel and go to a county which, up until 9/11 had experienced almost no terrorist attacks, and then have it happen right in front of you, would strike most as ironic.





If they were Mossad agents I imagine they'd find it all the more ironic.





People don't always smile and laugh to express positive emotions.
As another mentioned, they were not Jews primarily, but Israelis, and it is true.
